Outbound Call Center Agent – Hindi Speaking

The purpose of the Outbound Call Center Agent is to convert leads to sales via outbound calls and emails to potential or existing customers. To cross-sell and persuade existing customers to purchase new products and/or services, and to add value and improve our customer’s journey, ultimately creating a better customer experience through our various products and services.

Essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to provide them with information on new products, discounts and services. The main goal is to convert and to get depositing customers.
  • Build rapport and engage with customers via calls, emails or webchat to better the customer experience.
  • Identify sales opportunities by means of effective listening and questioning skills
  • Ensuring a clear understanding of the KPI targets and drive to achieve or exceed them.
  • Assist, support and liaise with sales, marketing or other departments in dealing with customer requests and needs in an attempt to optimise sales and revenue.
  • Use highly effective, original and targeted retention marketing copy for promotions. This will be done on various online settings, including email, SMS and online web content.
  • Prepare required reports relating to job function.

    Skills and Qualifications

    • Hindi and English Fluent
    • Previous sales experience advantageous
    • Flexibility to learn and grow in a fast-paced, client-focused, environment
    • A multi-tasker who is effective and patient under pressure
    • A creative problem solver who is able to prioritize
    • A team player who can also work independently
    • Previous experience in a target driven environment with proven track record
    • Ability to convert leads into sales.
    • Valid work permit for SA
