Essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to provide them with information on new products, discounts and services. The main goal is to convert and to get depositing customers.
- Build rapport and engage with customers via calls, emails or webchat to better the customer experience.
- Identify sales opportunities by means of effective listening and questioning skills
- Ensuring a clear understanding of the KPI targets and drive to achieve or exceed them.
- Assist, support and liaise with sales, marketing or other departments in dealing with customer requests and needs in an attempt to optimise sales and revenue.
- Use highly effective, original and targeted retention marketing copy for promotions. This will be done on various online settings, including email, SMS and online web content.
- Prepare required reports relating to job function.
